- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall marketing vision and growth roadmap. You will develop and manage a master brand strategy (umbrella architecture) that oversees multiple sub-brands, formats, and experiences, ensuring consistent identity and positioning across all verticals.
- Digital Excellence: Lead all digital channels, including performance marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic), SEO/ASO strategy, social media growth, and CRM/lifecycle marketing. You will be responsible for optimizing CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
- AI-Driven Transformation: Build an AI-first marketing stack. Implement cutting-edge tools for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, automated campaign optimization, and generative AI for creative production and media buying.
- Brand & Creative Leadership: Develop a strong, differentiated brand identity and lead high-impact campaigns for product launches and seasonal events, ensuring compelling, experience-driven storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- Data & Analytics: Own marketing dashboards and KPIs. Drive business decision-making through real-time analytics, focusing on revenue contribution, customer lifetime value (LTV), and channel performance.
- Growth & Partnerships: Identify and cultivate growth opportunities through influencer marketing, strategic collaborations, and affiliate ecosystems, driving offline-to-online (O2O) integration.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance team while managing external agencies (digital, creative, media, PR) to foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and speed.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in entertainment, retail, QSR, or high-growth multi-location businesses is highly preferred.
- Education: MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proven track record in digital performance marketing, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools (GA4, CRM dashboards).
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on understanding and demonstrable experience in leveraging AI tools for marketing efficiency and consumer insights.
- Strategic Mindset: A deep understanding of building and scaling a branded house architecture and navigating omnichannel marketing landscapes.
