Mandatory Skills:  25-30 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing/Operations, preferably in Defence, Aerospace, Space, Precision Engineering or high-reliability manufacturing.  Strong experience in production planning, assembly, integration and project-based manufacturing.  Proven experience in managing large manufacturing teams and multiple production activities.  Strong knowledge of PPC, capacity planning, productivity improvement and shopfloor management.  Experience in delivering complex engineering products within cost, quality and schedule.  Strong leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills. Preferred Profile:

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Defence PSUs, DRDO, BEL, Aerospace & Defence organizations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Army, Air Force, Navy, or other high-technology engineering/manufacturing organizations.
• Retired personnel from the Army, Air Force, Navy, Defence PSUs, and other Government/Public Sector organizations with relevant technical or managerial experience may also be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing Environmental Test Chambers, Motion Simulation Systems, EOTS, HILS, precision electromechanical systems, or other mission-critical products will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in establishing systems, managing technical/manufacturing operations, and handling large-scale teams will be preferred.
