Required Skills: * Strong fundamentals in sandwich panel manufacturing processes, refrigeration/HVAC principles, and cleanroom engineering. * Project management discipline (PMP/Prince2 a plus); comfortable owning OTIF and project margin on simultaneous mid-to-large projects. * Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM exposure. * Vendor management and value engineering instincts; ability to indigenise without diluting standards. * Working knowledge of ERP (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / similar), CAD (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Revit), and project tools (MS Project / Primavera). * Excellent stakeholder management - equally credible with technical counterparts, Indian customers, factory shop-floor teams, and the Board. * Bias for action, plant-floor presence, and data-driven decision making. • 10-15 years overall, with a clear track record in at least one of (a) turnkey cleanroom or controlled-environment EPC projects for pharma/biotech/healthcare/data centre/electronics/solar customers, and (b) sandwich panel / insulated panel manufacturing (PUF/PIR/Rockwool), including doors.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across manufacturing, design, and site execution.
• Exposure to international standards (ISO 14644, EU/WHO GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and to working with global principals / JV partners is highly desirable.
