Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and employee referrals.</li><li>Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Hiring Manager Collaboration: Meet with managers to understand role requirements, define, and refine job descriptions.</li><li>Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and facilitate the feedback process.</li><li>Offer Management: Extend offers, handle negotiations, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.</li><li>Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact, providing updates and maintaining a professional, engaging process.</li><li>Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws.</li></ul><h3>experience</h3>5
