HR generalist:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll, benefits, and performance management processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on employee relations.
- Hands-on experience in handling shopfloor employees and addressing grievances directly.
