1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all departments.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Implement KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems.
Coordinate periodic performance reviews with department heads.
Monitor employee productivity and engagement.4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Develop employee engagement initiatives and communication programs.
Promote discipline, professionalism, and positive work culture.5. Training & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
Track skill development and performance improvement initiatives.6. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory compliance, and related
documentation.
Coordinate with consultants and authorities for audits and inspections.7. HR Systems & Process Implementation
Develop SOPs for HR functions.
Implement structured HR systems and reporting mechanisms. Support management in organizational development initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR / Human Resource Management preferred
Graduation mandatoryExperience
5–10 years of HR experience
