1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
 Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all departments.
 Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
 Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, consultants, and
references.
 Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final selection.

 Manage attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR documentation. Ensure proper joining, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
 Maintain employee database and HR MIS reports.
 Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.3. Performance Management
 Implement KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems.
 Coordinate periodic performance reviews with department heads.
 Monitor employee productivity and engagement.4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
 Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
 Develop employee engagement initiatives and communication programs.
 Promote discipline, professionalism, and positive work culture.5. Training & Development
 Identify training needs across departments.
 Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
 Track skill development and performance improvement initiatives.6. Statutory Compliance
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
 Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory compliance, and related
documentation.
 Coordinate with consultants and authorities for audits and inspections.7. HR Systems & Process Implementation
 Develop SOPs for HR functions.
 Implement structured HR systems and reporting mechanisms. Support management in organizational development initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
 MBA / PGDM in HR / Human Resource Management preferred
 Graduation mandatoryExperience
 5–10 years of HR experience
 Preferably from manufacturing / industrial sector Key Skills
 Recruitment & manpower planning

 Strong communication & interpersonal skills
