- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
- Strong experience in Background Verification (BGV), onboarding, employee grievance handling, payroll management, and offboarding.
- Expertise in employee documentation, HR records management, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Experience in HR Analytics, reporting, and HR process management.
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.
- Prior experience working in the IT Services industry is mandatory.
