- Utilize Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning) to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to management.
- Standardize monthly and quarterly HR reporting metrics.
2. Time Office & Attendance Management
- Oversee daily Time Office operations, including monitoring biometric/attendance systems, tracking leaves, shifts, and overtime.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies and ensure accurate data flow for monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding punctuality, absenteeism, and leave management.
3. Communication & Employee Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding attendance, leave policies, and general HR operations.
- Draft clear, professional internal communications, announcements, and newsletters.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, town halls, and onboarding sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in an HR support or data analyst role (Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Power BI: Ability to import data, build basic data models, and create visually appealing visualizations/dashboards.
- Advanced Excel: Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data sorting, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is mandatory.
