HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage HR operations including Operation Excellence, onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, and documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of employee records, background verification, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HRIS data with accurate employee data.
Ticketing & Query Resolution
- Monitor and manage the HR ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders and track closure timelines.
- Analyze ticket trends and recommend process improvements.
Contract Resource Management
- Administer contract employee lifecycle including onboarding, extension, exit formalities, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for contract renewals, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Maintain a centralized tracker for contract resources and ensure alignment with workforce planning.
Data Analytics & HR Reporting
- Collate, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, ticket resolution, and contract workforce status.
- Support HRBP team in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Monthly MIS & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and share monthly MIS reports with cross-functional teams including Finance and Facilities.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of data shared.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align reporting formats and expectations.
Educational Qualification
MBA in Human Resources from a recognized university or institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-to-large scale organization.
- Proven experience in managing contract workforce and HR ticketing systems.
- Exposure to HR analytics and MIS reporting is essential.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
