• Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:

  • Create and post compelling job descriptions on job boards, social media, and professional networks. 

  • Proactively source candidates using professional networks, databases, and employee referrals. 

   

• Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit. 

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and aptitude. 

  • Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates and the hiring team. 

   

• Candidate Management & Engagement:

  • Maintain candidate records and manage interactions using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

  • Act as a primary point of contact, building relationships with candidates. 

  • Provide career guidance and support to candidates. 

   

• Offer Management & Onboarding: 

  • Communicate job offers and manage salary and compensation negotiations. 

  • Coordinate the onboarding process to help new hires integrate into the company. 

   

• Reporting & Improvement:

  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports. 

  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve recruitment strategies. 

  • Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices. 

   

• Talent Acquisition & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. 

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies. 

  • Promote the company's reputation as a desirable employer.
