     10-12 years of proven sales experience in the Biotech / life science / Clinical Diagnostics industry with working
    knowledge and relationship in Key Clinical and Research Accounts of the region
     Strong advocacy network with Key Opinion Leaders in the region
     Knowledge of CART process and Graft engineering is an advantage but not mandatory.
     Proven successful sales track record and key account management experience.
     Experience of collaborative work in cross functional domain i.e. Marketing, Application, Service and Application
    team
     Proven ability to build mutually beneficial, personable, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
     Strong analytical and forecasting skills
     Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory – area coverage (may have little change as per final territory
    distribution planning)

        Key Responsibilities<br /> Vendor Engagement: Visit hotels, restaurants, and food manufacturers (FBOs) regularly<br />to onboard, manage, and retain UCO vendors.<br /> Negotiation: Negotiate the best possible purchase price and terms for UCO collection,<br />aligned with company guidelines.<br /> Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with FBOs to ensure<br />consistent and reliable UCO supply.<br /> Problem Solving: Resolve vendor issues, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure<br />timely pickups of UCO.<br /> Lead Generation: Identify and onboard new FBOs in the assigned region to grow our<br />sourcing network.<br /> Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all vendor documentation is complete and up to<br />date; promote safe and legal disposal practices.<br /> Reporting: Maintain detailed records of FBO visits, negotiations, collections, and<br />challenges; report to the Regional Manager.<br /> Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, price fluctuations, and local market<br />dynamics to help shape procurement strategy. Key Qualifications<br />Education<br />Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.<br />Diploma or relevant experience in vendor management or sales also acceptable.<br /> Experience<br />2–5 years in B2B sales, field procurement, or vendor management—preferably in<br />foodservice, FMCG, logistics, or sustainability sectors.
