2. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5-6 professionals focused on end-to-end learning initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and professional development journeys.
• Design and execute leadership assessment programs, behavioural training, and functional training modules.
• Develop and refine competencies, learning frameworks, and talent development strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals.
• Identify and implement innovative learning solutions and methodologies.
• Manage the L&D budget and vendor relationships as needed.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
• Must possess a COE bent of mind, with extensive experience developing learning journeys, professional development pathways, leadership assessments, behavioural and functional training, and competency frameworks, along with other related initiatives.

3. Candidate Profile:
Experience:

• For Team Lead: 11-15 years of relevant experience in L&D or HR with a focus on learning design and leadership development.
• For Domain Head: More extensive experience, preferably with broader strategic responsibilities.

4. Background:

• Proven experience in developing learning journeys, leadership assessments, behavioural training, and competency frameworks.
• Strong COE orientation with experience in manufacturing or similar setup preferred.
• Exposure to developing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies.
