- Drive end-to-end HR operational excellence, leveraging technology, data analytics, and standardized processes to deliver seamless employee lifecycle services and accurate payroll management.

HR Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee full compliance across all labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, PF/ESI, Minimum Wages, Contract Labor Act, POSH, and Occupational Safety regulations).
- Design and execute internal compliance audit frameworks across manufacturing units and corporate offices to identify, mitigate, and remediate regulatory risks.
HR Corporate Affairs & External Networking
- Build networking and advocacy strategies with labor commissioners, government ministries, labor unions, and trade associations to represent organizational interests.
- Coordinate company participation in key HR and industrial relations forums to influence workforce policy and labor law reforms.
3. Proactive HR Governance & Government Relations
- Proactive Labor Policy Engagement: Advocate for streamlined, business-friendly workforce regulations to minimize operational disruption and legal liabilities.

- Environmental Scanning: Perform continuous horizon scanning of municipal, provincial, national, and international labor standards to keep organizational policies ahead of legal changes.
5. HR Operations & Service Delivery Engine
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Lead operational efficiency across talent onboarding, background verification, tenure management, transfers, and exit/offboarding processing.
- Payroll & Benefits Governance: Direct error-free, compliant, and timely payroll processing, group insurance administration, and statutory benefit disbursements.
- HR Automation & Systems (HRIS/HRMS): Drive digital transformation by automating HR workflows, self-service portals, leave/attendance tracking, and query management systems.
- Operational Loss & SLA Resolution: Establish robust SLA frameworks for rapid resolution of employee grievances and operational roadblocks to save business productivity losses.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between internal functions (Finance, Legal, HSE, Facilities) and external statutory bodies to ensure seamless business enablement.
