 Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and pharma-grade cold-chain standards.
 Monitor temperature logs, data loggers, and deviation reports.
 Implement corrective actions for cold-chain breaches.
2. Distribution & Dispatch Operations
 Plan and execute timely dispatch of finished products to hospitals and distributors nationwide.
 Maintain optimal inventory levels at plant and warehouse.
 Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
 Ensure zero stock-out at critical hospital accounts.
3. Vendor & Transport Management
 Identify and onboard reliable cold-chain logistics partners.
 Negotiate freight contracts and manage cost optimization.
 Evaluate transporter performance (TAT, temperature compliance, damage rates).
4. Inventory & Warehouse Management
 Manage cold storage facility and warehouse hygiene standards.
 Ensure FEFO/FIFO compliance.
 Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
 Maintain complete traceability documentation.

5. Regulatory & Documentation Compliance
 Maintain shipment documentation as per internal QA requirements.
 Coordinate with QA/QC for dispatch release approvals.
 Handle audit requirements related to logistics and storage.
6. Performance & Reporting
 Track KPIs including:
 On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)
 Cold-chain compliance percentage
 Logistics cost per unit
 Inventory turnover ratio
 Damage and wastage levels
