- Lead initiatives to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve overall plant performance.
3. Employee Safety:
- Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
4. Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement in plant operations, including productivity improvement through reduction in machine, manual, and setup time.
- Focus on standardizing processes such as cycle time, SWCT, control plans, and ensuring alignment with B2B standards.
5. Documentation & Compliance:
- Responsible for updating key documents including Control Plans, PFMEA, PFC,PPAP, SOPs, and fixture or tool drawings.
- Ensure that all documents are in compliance with the relevant quality and safety standards.
6. Fixture and Tool Management:
- Monitor and track the status of fixture maintenance, prioritizing fixture orders based on downtime records.
- Coordinate with the tooling department for PM schedules and updates based on line issues.
- Prepare RGPs and coordinate material handling for external vendors for machine trials or repairs.
Skills: Strong knowledge of machine shop operations.

Expertise in set up of new parts.
