We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Market Access & Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful uptake of oncology products in India. Responsibilities:- Identify and capitalize on market access opportunities for oncology offerings across India.
- Provide crucial expertise on oncology products to enhance the Market Access team's strategic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver compelling, customized value propositions and presentations to key decision-makers, including government officials, healthcare providers (HCPs), and private stakeholders.
- Analyze and track market access trends, competitor activities, and health policy changes, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
- Identify core issues and barriers affecting patient access, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Develop India-specific Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) tools and publications to effectively communicate the product value proposition.
- Contribute to discussions regarding internal and external pricing regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic pricing tactics and frameworks for assigned therapeutic areas to maximize business impact.
- Drive data and digital interventions to support optimal pricing decisions and price management solutions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of market access strategies and tactical plans for oncology products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide insights into national and state healthcare policies, identifying potential access barriers and cost containment risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical, to ensure the successful execution of market access strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions, healthcare providers, and private sector stakeholders.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support advocacy and promote the value of oncology products within relevant institutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, medical, regulatory) to align strategies and ensure effective product positioning.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all activities.
- Train internal teams on product positioning, value propositions, and key disease areas, ensuring consistent messaging and effective implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine. An MBA or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in market access roles, with a strong preference for experience within the oncology sector.
- Experience working with government payers and institutional stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Thorough understanding of oncology disease areas, healthcare ecosystems, market access, reimbursement processes, and key HCPs in India.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations and value propositions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to complying with all company procedures, rules, and codes of practice, including maintaining confidentiality and promoting the company's business interests and image.
