Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, tactics, and frameworks for assigned therapeutic areas to maximize business impact.
- Drive data and digital interventions to support optimal pricing decisions and price management solutions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage pricing-related inquiries and regulations.
- Drive pricing as a strategic lever to maximize asset value, working closely with key internal stakeholders.
- Identify and apply insights into anticipated pricing changes, market trends, and customer needs within the healthcare and regulatory environment.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainable Market Access brand strategies and operational plans in alignment with the overall patient access strategy for launch and in-market products.
- Manage pricing risk and drive the pricing governance setup in collaboration with Finance, KAM, Legal, and Commercial teams.
- Lead the implementation of digital price governance solutions and support pricing audits for conformity.
- Provide expertise on oncology products, including medical and market access insights, to enhance Market Access team strategies.
- Co-develop payer engagement plans and ecosystem-level access initiatives for key therapeutic areas.
- Support strategic partnerships that align with health system priorities and improve access pathways.
- Analyze and track market access trends, competitor activities, and health policy changes, making recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering. An MBA or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharma or market access/pricing roles, preferably within oncology.
- Experience with government payers and institutional stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of pricing regulations and market access dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
