related field
Experience: 5-7 years in order management or customer operations within
MNC environment. Must have min 3 years as manager of the department.
MNC Background: Must have worked in Indian subsidiaries of multinational
companies
Governance Standards: Must have worked in Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
businesses or have Six Sigma certification - demonstrating understanding of
the high standards expected in this role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and MS Office
Suite
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and
problem-solving abilities
Communication: Excellent English communication skills for global
stakeholder interaction
