Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production Schedules.
- Drive production performance by improving OEE, machine utilization, cycle time optimisation , and overall productivity.
- Hands on Experience with robotic part Like extraction, spraying, interfacing & trimming operations.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Die Maintenance, Tool Room, Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring production and equipment issues.
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure PPE adherence zero-accident culture.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, process parameters, SOPs, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to management.
