Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of the Municipal Solid Waste Management project in Delhi.
- Drive project performance by ensuring timely delivery, cost control, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee operations including collection, transportation, processing, and disposal of solid waste.
- Ensure compliance with Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) requirements, government guidelines, and environmental norms.
- Manage a large team of professionals, contractual staff, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Liaise with government bodies, clients, and local authorities to maintain strong working relationships.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and progress reports.
- Implement innovative waste management practices and ensure continuous process improvements.
- Handle manpower management, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate office.
- Ensure operational safety, environmental sustainability, and adherence to company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in leading large-scale waste management projects.
- Strong knowledge of municipal solid waste handling processes, government regulations, and urban infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of handling multi-stakeholder projects with high budget and manpower involvement.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering/Environment Science/Management or related field preferred.
