Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Coordinator, your day-to-day will involve juggling multiple moving parts to keep our hiring engine running smoothly:
Candidate Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone, video, and in-person) across multiple time zones, aligning calendars for candidates and internal interview panels.
Logistics & Tech Management: Manage the logistics of the interview process, including sending calendar invites, setting up video conferencing links, and booking meeting rooms.
ATS Ownership: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate progress, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates, answering logistics questions, and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience.
Job Postings: Post approved job openings to various job boards, professional networks, and internal careers pages.
Onboarding Support: Assist the HR team with pre-employment checks (background checks, references) and transition successful candidates smoothly into the onboarding phase.
Qualifications & Skills
What we are looking for:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or customer-facing role (prior experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a big plus).
