Key Responsibilities
Interview Logistics: Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone, video, and in-person) across multiple time zones, managing complex calendar alignments for hiring managers and executives.
Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through their interview day, answering logistical questions, and providing regular updates on their application status.
ATS Management: Maintain accurate data and candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring jobs are posted correctly and candidates move through the pipeline smoothly.
Offer & Pre-Boarding: Initiate background checks, reference checks, and assist with the generation of offer letters. Seamlessly hand off finalized candidates to the onboarding and HR operations teams.
Sourcing Support: Occasionally assist recruiters by sourcing passive talent on LinkedIn, screening resumes for high-volume roles, or coordinating university/diversity recruitment events.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the scheduling or interview process and suggest tech or workflow adjustments to make hiring faster and more efficient.
