Employee Lifecycle Management</p><p> Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end joining process, including documentation,</p><p>background verification (BGV), and induction.</p><p> Offboarding: Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth</p><p>full-and-final (F&F) settlements.</p><p> HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Employee Database (HRMS) with</p><p>100% accuracy.</p><p>2. Payroll & Benefits Administration</p><p> Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll</p><p>processing.</p><p> Manage attendance, leaves, and overtime records.</p><p> Oversee employee benefits, including Group Medical Insurance and ESIC/PF</p><p>contributions.</p><p>3. Statutory Compliance</p><p> Ensure the organization is 100% compliant with Maharashtra State labor laws.</p><p> </p><p> Handle filings and documentation for Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional</p><p>Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).</p><p> Maintain all statutory registers and prepare for periodic audits.</p><p>4. Policy & Process Improvement</p><p> Implement and update HR policies and Employee Handbooks.</p><p> Streamline operational workflows to reduce manual errors and improve</p><p>turnaround time (TAT).</p><p>5. Employee Relations & Engagement</p><p> Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, policies,</p><p>or grievances.</p><p> Organize monthly engagement activities and office events to build a positive</p><p>culture.</p><p> </p><p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p><p> Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.</p><p> Experience: 3–6 years in HR Operations (Experience in a Mumbai-based</p><p>startup or SME is a plus).</p><p> Software: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience</p><p>using HRMS tools (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, or Darwinbox).</p><p> Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws and payroll</p><p>compliance.</p><p> Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; ability to communicate in</p><p>Hindi/Marathi is an advantage for local vendor/labor management.</p><h3>experience</h3>10
