Employee Lifecycle Management</p><p> Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end joining process, including documentation,</p><p>background verification (BGV), and induction.</p><p> Offboarding: Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and ensure smooth</p><p>full-and-final (F&F) settlements.</p><p> HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Employee Database (HRMS) with</p><p>100% accuracy.</p><p>2.
