Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding and candidate experience.
* Handle hiring across technology, sales, and other business functions.
* Manage recruitment activities on Workday, including requisitions, candidate tracking, and reporting.
* Partner with hiring managers to drive timely hiring outcomes.
* Support onboarding and HR operations processes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
* Strong hands-on experience with Workday (mandatory).
