The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations within the company. They will provide strategic guidance in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. A key aspect of the role includes structuring and driving foundational people processes such as goal setting, skills assessment, succession planning, and behavioral interviews. The HR Manager will align HR practices with company values and strategic objectives while directly supporting the leadership team. Responsibilities / Deliverables As the HR Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a cultural custodian for the organization. In addition to core HR functions, you'll own the following structured initiatives as part of the company-wide transformation agenda: Organizational Structure & Planning - Develop an Organizational Chart based on Job Levels (not reporting lines), identifying job families, clusters, and comparative levels across functions.- Create and maintain a Succession Plan by identifying key roles and internal talent pipelines.- Assess Skills Gap by Role and Level, mapping current competency vs. required proficiency (from Expert to Basic) and categorizing them as Must Have vs. Good to Have.- Design and maintain a Salary Grid with defined pay ranges by function, level, and designation. Vision, Values & Strategic Goal Setting - Reinforce the company's Mission and Vision-transforming individuals into value-based, purpose-driven leaders.- Work with leadership to articulate Company Values, ensuring they are actionable and guide HR systems and behavior.- Co-develop the Goal Sheet (financial and non-financial), aligning it to values and organizational goals.- Create a cascading goal framework, breaking down top-level goals into departmental and individual deliverables. Compensation & Incentives - Administer and refine the Incentive Plan by Level and Function to ensure fairness, motivation, and value alignment.- Coordinate with Finance team to conduct annual compensation reviews, bonus calculations, and performance-based payouts. - Design and implement Behavioral Interviewing Frameworks aligned with competencies and organizational values for each role/level.- Support technical interview panels by ensuring behavioral fit is also evaluated with consistency and depth. Core HR Functions - Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and design strategic hiring plans.- Own the performance management cycle, integrating goal sheets, KPIs, and structured feedback.- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in compliance with local labor laws.- Monitor changes in labor laws, ensuring timely updates to company policies and processes.- Generate HR analytics reports covering recruitment, attrition, engagement, training, and workforce planning. Key Competencies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong command of Strategic HR Planning, Policies, and Labor Laws- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Experience in goal setting frameworks, skill matrices, compensation planning, and HR analytics
