Role & Responsibilities :
* Handle a team of 4-5 Area Managers and a team of 12 to 15 MRs.
* Develop sales from current base of 15 lakhs and 290 doctor customers. Accountabilities
* Responsible to add more new prescribers for the company.

* Ensure companies strategies are executed by the team.
* Ensure the right hiring and learning and recognition through different interventions for the teams to drive high performance and meet targets
* Control & monitor team performance towards compliance and ethical working by engaging the team and tracking their performance
* Ensuring planning, monitoring, and reviews of team performance and aligning their individual objectives to organization objectives to overall raise their performance as per expectation. Education Qualification : Graduate preferably with a science background Relevant Work Experience
* 7-10 years of experience with a minimum 3 years as a second-line manager in the mentioned therapies (Cardio and Diabetes Portfolio) and mentioned geographies.
* Handle at least 50 lakhs plus business monthly in the current organisation.
* Good at People management.
* Effective communication and analytical skills
* Effective in decision-making
* Problem-solving attitude
* Age should be less than or equal to 38 years.Competencies/Skills
* Managerial or People Management skills
* Business Acumen
* Communication: Ability to listen, interpret, and simplify complex concepts, thoughts & ideas in verbal/non-verbal form.
