We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee our operations. This is a pivotal role for a professional with a deep background in non-metallic industrial engineering sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and business development expertise to drive growth, manage regional teams, and strengthen our position with key accounts.

Location - Regional Offices / As per business requirement - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi (Noida), Chennai, Bahruch, Gandhidham, Vapi

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute regional-level sales operations to achieve business targets and market expansion.
  • Direct and mentor regional teams to foster high performance and professional growth.
  • Manage and nurture existing client networks while proactively securing new high-value business opportunities.
  • Take charge of key account management, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Apply deep technical understanding of non-metallic industrial products, specifically targeting piping and electrofusion valve divisions.
  • Drive business development strategies with a focus on high-value purity selling divisions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
  • 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in sales and business development.
  • Robust background within the non-metallic industrial engineering sector, with preference given to candidates having expertise in piping, electrofusion valves, and high-value purity selling divisions.
  • Strong track record of handling regional-level operations and managing diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and expand client networks.
  • Candidates with experience from relevant competitors and similar product industries are highly preferred.
