Hiring for a chemical manufacturing company. Position - RSMLocation - Bangalore Responsibilities:
- Preparing periodic sales plan and implementing it to achieve pre-defined sales target.
- Evaluating and assessing the performance of team members.
- Achievement of team’s sales & collection targets in assigned area/states.
- Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of the organization.
- Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as per the defined loyalty program structure.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates having prior experience in sales of Paints, Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Products and Building Materials.
- Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people.
- Experience in handling big contractors, architects, and major builder group and government officials.
- Bring in more innovative ideas to achieve sales targets & creating awareness through Sales Promotional Activities.
- Customer focused and willing to go extra mile.
- Willingness to travel within the region is a must.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills
- Language proficiency: English and Local Language preferred.
