    Key Account Manager, Automotive OEM Sales (PAN India)

    Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager, driving sales and marketing initiatives across India with leading Automotive OEMs. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape strategic partnerships and contribute to our growth in the automotive sector.

    Responsibilities:
    • Commercial Activities with OEMs: Actively manage assigned key accounts, including price negotiations, settlements, and increases. Manage raw material price fluctuations and resolve all customer-related commercial issues. Drive new business acquisition and increase market share within customer accounts. Facilitate capacity discussions with customers.
    • Market Intelligence: Identify potential business opportunities within the region and contribute to business plan development. Conduct competitor analysis for the region.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customer-level strategies for the region.
    • Internal Coordination: Coordinate all internal cost-related activities, secure price approvals from BU directors, and support Program Management Teams. Provide support to plants for existing business operations.

Distribute regular awareness emails on information security implementation. Communicate all policies defined by the steering committee regarding information security. Ensure closure of Internal ISMS audit findings. Seek support from the steering committee to clarify implementation doubts. Provide periodic reports to the steering committee on implementation status.

        <p>Role Summary </p><p>The person will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end process of borrower covenant monitoring, annual credit reviews, compliance reporting, and the ongoing administration of credit facilities. This role serves as the central coordination point between Front Office, Risk, Legal, Loan Admin, and external Agents to ensure that borrower obligations are met, internal controls are maintained, and regulatory and credit requirements are complied with.
