Are you a results-oriented Business Development professional with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on the Insurance category. If you possess excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision-makers, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential partners relevant for BNPL solutions within the Insurance sector. Develop strategic plans and execute strategies to onboard partners and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to understand organizational structures, expand into new markets and channels, and achieve revenue targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and provide effective support to partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is considered an added advantage.
  • 8-16 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the Insurance, Fintech, or BFSI industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
