We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse for a contract position within the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Nursing and have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience, specifically in Labour Room and Operating Theatre (OT) settings. This is a proactive recruitment effort to fill a critical role in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labour Room and Operating Theatre.
- Assist physicians during procedures and surgeries.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting any changes promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-operative care.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment within the Labour Room and OT.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Nursing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing role.
- Maximum of 15 years of experience in nursing.
- Specialized experience in Labour Room and Operating Theatre (OT) is mandatory.
- Valid nursing license in India.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment.
