requirements
Design and implement comprehensive, multi-level talent acquisition strategies
aligned with business objectives.
Innovate sourcing practices utilizing social networks, direct recruiting,
professional platforms, and niche platforms.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of
choice by highlighting company culture, values, and benefits.
Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs,
while managing third-party recruitment agency partnerships.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment (including onboarding).
Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
Design and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.
Qualifications:
8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Qualification: MBA HR/Equivalent Masters.
Team management.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR policies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
