Core Mandate: The CEO's primary mandate is to mobilise capital and build recurring business for ensuring operational sustainability, program scale, and institutional self-reliance. Performance will be evaluated primarily on funds raised, revenue generated, partnerships secured, and platforms scaled, while strengthening incubation outcomes. Key Responsibilities: <p>Fundraising & Business Development - Design and execute a sustainable business model with diversified revenue streams (government schemes, CSR, corporate partnerships, fee-based services, investments). Lead fundraising with government, VCs, and institutions. Build strategic partnerships for recurring revenue and growth.</p><p>Strategic Leadership & Governance - Develop vision, strategy, and policies in consultation with the Board. Ensure statutory compliance, transparency, and strong governance. Provide thought leadership and represent senior policy, industry, and institutional forums.</p><p>Program & Ecosystem Growth - Oversee end-to-end incubation and acceleration programs. Attract, select, and mentor high-potential startups. Foster innovation, IP creation, commercialization, and venture scale-up through strong ecosystem networks.</p><p>Operations & P&L Management - Carry full P&L responsibility including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management. Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs. Ensure efficient deployment of funds and operational integrity while fostering an entrepreneurial culture.</p><p>Eligibility<br />Education: Post-graduation in any discipline; Bachelor's in STEM preferred.
