Role & responsibilities<br /> Handling team of 2-3 resources who are doing Accounting in Zoho<br /> Month end finalization processes, MIS reporting, data analysis, Variance analysis,<br />Budget, Forecast.<br /> Annual Finalization of Books and Schedule III format of Company Accounting.<br /> Working Capital (AR, AP, Inventory) and Cash Flow Management<br /> Support in Fund raise and related documentations<br /> Help to develop project plans and monitor their timely completion<br /> Market analysis, Industry analysis, Business plan, extract data from financials and<br />Zoho to give insights to Management<br /> Analyze large data sets from business systems (like Shopify, Unicommerce,<br />Shiprocket, Amazon, etc.) to provide actionable insights from Financial Management<br />perspective<br /> Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends,<br /> Responsible from Finance for new Systems & process implementation.Essential Skills required<br /> Proficient Zoho, Tally Accounting Systems Knowledge<br /> Self Learner<br /> Effective communication skills and working with cross-functional team members and<br />management.<br /> Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing<br />useful reports.<br /> Proficiency in Accounting concepts, financial analysis, due diligence, and risk<br />assessment.<br /> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.<br /> Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting<br /> Must be from FMCG background or at least Manufacturing background<br /> Must be conversant with D2C, QComms & MT business models and flows.<br /> Excellent Excel skills<h3>experience</h3>5
