<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>Financial Accounting & Reporting</p><p>·         Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, AP, AR).</p><p>·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</p><p>·         Ensure timely book closure and accuracy of financial data.</p><p>·         Handle journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.</p><p> </p><p>Inventory & Costing</p><p>·         Monitor inventory accounting across warehouses/plants.</p><p>·         Ensure accurate stock valuation and reconciliation.</p><p>·         Work on product costing, variance analysis, and margin tracking.</p><p>·         Coordinate with operations for stock audits and controls.</p><p>Compliance & Taxation</p><p>·         Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.</p><p>·         Manage filings, returns, and liaise with auditors and consultants.</p><p>·         Support internal and external audits.</p><p>Payables & Receivables</p><p>·         Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation</p><p>·         Monitor receivables, collections, and aging reports.</p><p>·         Ensure proper documentation and controls</p><p>Process Improvement & Controls</p><p>·         Strengthen accounting processes and internal controls</p><p>·         Identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency</p><p>·         Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs</p><p>Stakeholder Coordination</p><p>·         Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and plant teams</p><p>·         Support management with financial insights and reports</p><p> </p><p>Key Requirements:</p><p> </p><p>·         Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com); CA Inter / CMA</p><p>·         4+ years of relevant experience</p><p>·         Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance</p><p>·         Experience with inventory accounting and costing is essential</p><p>·         Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)</p><p>·         Advanced Excel skills</p><p>·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p> <p>Shift: Day shift</p>Days of work: Monday to Friday(WFO), Saturday half day WFH<h3>experience</h3>14
