Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager - Retail - Gujarat Role Type: Team Handling (New Position) We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in core retail sales, capable of managing channel partners and driving business through the retail network. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive retail sales growth across the Gujarat region● Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners● Lead and manage a team of 6-8 members, ensuring target achievement● Oversee day-to-day retail operations and market coverage● Handle team management, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee lifecycle● Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities● Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and business plans Candidate Profile:● Strong background in retail sales (electrical)● Proven experience in team handling and people management● Good understanding of distribution network and channel sales● Ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets● Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma preferred Experience: 10-15 yearsAge: 35-45 yearsArea Coverage: Entire Gujarat
