Core Responsibilities 1. Academic & Administrative Leadership  Provide strategic direction to all academic programs, thereby ensuring contemporary specialization courses, curriculum compliance, and modern pedagogical practices.  Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including faculty & student affairs, classroom delivery, lab performances, evaluation, and assessments. Establish rigorous quality control frameworks aligned with core values and the regulatory and accreditation / ranking bodies . 2. Institutional Building & Scaling  Lead the initial setup phases  Render necessary support in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining high-performing faculty and administrative staff to build a robust campus ecosystem.  Drive student enrolment strategies in coordination with the University Admission team.  Timely plan infrastructural and resource enhancements 3. Industry Partnerships and Research Ecosystem  Envisage and forge strong industry-academia partnerships.  Drive the campus research and innovation by encouraging faculty and scholars to secure research grants, government funding, and corporate-sponsored projects.
