We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Cluster Manager to lead our pharmaceutical sales operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving zonal business performance, executing strategic plans, and delivering sustained revenue growth within the pharmaceutical market.
Responsibilities:- Own and deliver zonal sales targets and business KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and drive the performance of Regional Managers and field teams.
- Execute business plans, promotional strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
- Track sales performance; generate insights and implement corrective actions.
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strong distribution, product availability, and inventory control.
- Manage budgets with a focus on ROI-driven execution.
- Drive hiring, capability building, and succession planning.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Set and uphold high standards of work across teams and processes.
- Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 4–5 years in regional/zonal leadership.
- Strong exposure to sales planning, team leadership, and market development.
