KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br />End-to-End Recruitment<br />• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level and select senior roles.<br />• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and timelines.<br />• Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and joining closures.<br />Stakeholder Management<br />• Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders across locations (onshore and offshore).<br />• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.<br />• Handle hiring-related escalations professionally and proactively.<br />Sourcing & Channel Management<br />• Drive hiring through multiple channels including employee referrals, job portals (Naukri, etc.), LinkedIn, campus hiring, and vendor partners.<br />• Ensure strong source diversity aligned with organizational hiring strategy.<br />• Coordinate with recruitment vendors, ensuring TAT, quality, and compliance.<br />Team Support & Coordination<br />• Support and guide recruiters in achieving individual and team hiring targets.<br />• Review profiles for quality and relevance before stakeholder submission.<br />• Share best practices and mentor junior team members. Data Management, Analytics & Reporting• Drive data-backed improvements and hiring efficiency.<br />• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of recruitment data, trackers, and MIS.<br />• Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.<br />• Maintain documentation for audits, reviews, and leadership updates. Process Excellence & Compliance<br />• Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate and stakeholder experience.<br />• Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, hiring guidelines, and compliance requirements.<br />• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in recruitment operations.<br />Employer Branding, Campus & Early Career Hiring (as applicable)<br />• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction<br />• Coordinate and support campus hiring drives and early talent initiatives.<br />• Liaise with colleges, placement officers, and internal stakeholders for hiring activities. KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES<br />•MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent<br />•8–14 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.<br />•Strong exposure to both volume and niche hiring.<br />•Proven track record in campus hiring and vendor management.<br />•Excellent stakeholder management skills across onshore and offshore teams.<br />•Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other leading job portals.<br />•Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.<br />•Effective people management and team leadership skills.<br />•High attention to detail with strong follow-through.<br />•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.<br />•Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.<h3>experience</h3>15
