Key Responsibilities
- Housekeeping & Janitorial: Oversee daily cleaning operations, restroom hygiene, and waste management across all floors and common areas.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Supervise third-party contractors (housekeeping, security, catering, and landscaping) to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Helpdesk Operations: Monitor the internal CAFM/helpdesk ticket system to address employee workplace requests regarding facility conditions.
- Cafeteria & Pantry Services: Coordinate food and beverage setups, maintain pantry inventory, and conduct regular food quality and safety audits.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure facility operations meet health, hygiene, and Health & Safety (SHE) regulations.
- Space & Event Management: Assist with seating arrangements, internal office moves, and logistical setups for town halls or corporate events.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or a Diploma in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
