This is a non-sales closing leadership role focused entirely on building a high-performing, automated, tech-first outbound lead generation engine.
The person will manage and scale an SDR function that delivers a constant flow of highly qualified leads to our global sales teams.
Currently, our SDR team uses very traditional methods—scouting leads manually via LinkedIn or internal references. We have no automation, no enrichment tools, and no data-driven funnel in place. The new hire will overhaul this system from scratch, leveraging tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, ChatGPT, SalesNav, HubSpot, etc., and build an engine that works at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a young, hands-on professional (ideally with 4–8 years of experience) who:
- Has built or significantly contributed to outbound GTM engines for SaaS, AI, or B2B companies targeting US/EU markets
- Is fluent in tools and techniques for automated outbound, lead qualification, enrichment, and scoring
- Has led or helped scale SDR/lead gen teams with defined KPIs and funnel metrics
- Understands both strategy and execution, but is not afraid to build hands-on
