Responsibilities:

What we are looking for:

Proven operations leadership in a concierge-style / on-demand consumer-services environment (e.g. home services or field-service marketplaces) with high-touch, SLA-driven operations
A demonstrable, measurable track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention (CSAT, NPS, ratings or churn) - not just process ownership
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong evidence of rigour in quality control, audits and exception handling
Comfort operating hands-on (kits, schedules, escalations) as well as designing systems and automation
Cross-cultural sensitivity to run operations across India, Singapore and the UAE
Based in India or UAE or firmly committed to relocating; this is not a remote role. Ongoing travel to our office locations in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Singapore, Dubai is a must.
