 Manage joining formalities of new employees including
documentation, induction, and coordination with respective
departments.
 Maintain and regularly update employee master data, personal files,
and statutory records.
 Monitor probation completion and issue confirmation letters based on
performance feedback.

 Prepare and analyze monthly HR MIS reports (new joiners,
separations, headcount, attrition).
 Conduct exit interviews and ensure completion of exit formalities.
 Coordinate and ensure timely Full & Final settlements for resigned
employees.
 Support line managers in addressing employee grievances,
discipline, and basic IR matters at the site.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
 Coordinate attendance and timekeeping (employees and contract
labour).
 Ensure timely processing and disbursement of wages, salaries,
incentives, and variable pay.
 Verify and ensure strict compliance with Minimum Wages Act for all
employees and contract workers.
 Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and challans under
applicable labour laws.
 Ensure compliance with, but not limited to:
o Factories Act
o Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
o Employees' Provident Fund & ESIC
