· Provide global interview scheduling coverage to ensure a seamless interview process.
· Deliver personalized communication to candidates at each point of contact.
· Partner with internal stakeholders to build relationships focused on candidate and interviewer experience.
· Strive to achieve SLAs for non-urgent and urgent interview requests.
· Take an active role in building partnerships with global talent guides.
· Strive for minimal errors for all interviews scheduled in a quarter.
· Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.
· Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system, and in our data systems.
