Principal Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR business partner to department heads, providing guidance on workforce
planning, performance management, and talent development. • Administer and continuously improve performance appraisal processes, including setting KPIs,
feedback frameworks, and PIP management. ...
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, conduct stay interviews, and analyse attrition trends
to recommend retention strategies.
• Manage HRIS data integrity, generate HR metrics reports, and present insights to leadership
on headcount, turnover, and DEI goals.
• Ensure full statutory and legal compliance including labour law, PF/ESI/gratuity (or jurisdiction
equivalents), and internal HR policy adherence.
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and conflict
resolution in a fair and timely manner.
• Design and implement L&D programmes, training calendars, and career development
pathways in collaboration with department leaders.

• Oversee compensation benchmarking, pay reviews, and benefits administration to ensure
market competitiveness.

• Champion a positive workplace culture aligned with company values, diversity, equity, and
inclusion principles.

• Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing,
leave management, and statutory filings. Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(mandatory).

 MBA in HR or a Master’s in HRM is highly preferred.

 Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent is a strong
advantage.

 7-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience across multiple HR functions.

 Proven experience working in mid-to-large organisations with cross-functional exposure.

 Strong knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.

 Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Zoho People,
or similar).

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / HR dashboards for reporting.
