• Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing,
leave management, and statutory filings. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(mandatory).
MBA in HR or a Master’s in HRM is highly preferred.
Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent is a strong
advantage.
7-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience across multiple HR functions.
Proven experience working in mid-to-large organisations with cross-functional exposure.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Zoho People,
or similar).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / HR dashboards for reporting.
