Key Responsibilities
1. Contractor Workforce Management
* Manage end-to-end coordination for contractor workforce through third-party agencies * Oversee onboarding, documentation, recruitment, attendance, invoice posting, reimbursement and lifecycle management of contractors
* Ensure adherence to processes and compliance requirements
* Act as a single point of contact for all contractor-related coordination
2. Process Improvement & Automation
* Identify gaps in existing HR processes (attendance, documentation, tracking, etc.) * Drive automation and process improvement initiatives in a phased manner * Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and propose practical solutions * Anticipate risks/issues and proactively address them
3. HR Operations & Coordination for ConvaTec Employees (on roll)
* Support in documentation, letters, and employee-related coordination * Manage internal communication/ coordination and ensure professional, clear, and timely responses
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operational requirements
Key Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in HR operations / HR coordination
* Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
* Ability to move beyond transactional work and think from a business perspective * High ownership and execution focus ("go-getter" attitude)
* Good communication skills
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
* Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, statutory and documentation * Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
