- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare, technical, and corporate functions
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals,and direct outreach
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and selection processes
- Handle employee onboarding, joining documentation, and induction coordination
- Maintain employee records, attendance inputs, and HR documentation accurately
- Support payroll coordination, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance requirements, and internal procedures
- Work closely with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements
- Represent the organization in networking events, business meetings, and healthcare forums
