* Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business-critical roles across assigned functions
* Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements,
workforce planning, and role mandates
* Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and
internal talent pipelines
* Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, evaluation processes, offer discussions, and
closure
* Monitor recruitment metrics including Hiring TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and
closure efficiency
* Support employer branding and internal mobility initiatives
* Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
HR Operations
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, transfers, exits, and
documentation
* Ensure accuracy and governance of employee records, HRMS data, and personnel documentation
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR SOPs, audit requirements, and statutory
documentation standards
* Drive seamless onboarding and induction processes for new hires
* Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and operational MIS
* Partner with internal stakeholders for process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
* Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and enhance employee experienceDesired Competencies
