Are you a driven professional with a passion for driving market growth in the software industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru on a contract basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-oriented individual to leverage their B2B expertise to identify new opportunities and contribute to our expanding market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B software sector.
  • Execute telesales and business development initiatives to drive market demand and pipeline growth.
  • Comprehend, capture, and interpret complex customer information to tailor effective sales approaches.
  • Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred) and Microsoft Office suite to maintain accurate records and manage sales activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams using lateral leadership skills to ensure strategic alignment and goal achievement.
  • Manage time effectively to balance lead generation, customer outreach, and administrative reporting.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively to prospective clients through various channels.
Qualifications
  • Education: MBA/PGDM degree required; Bachelor's degree or above Diploma is the minimum requirement.
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in B2B telesales or business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the B2B software industry is strongly preferred; background in marketing or sales is highly valued.
  • Communication: Demonstrated excellence in verbal communication and the ability to convey technical information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with Microsoft Office and standard CRM software; proficiency in Salesforce.com is considered a significant asset.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management, organizational skills, and the capacity to lead and influence across team boundaries.
