Build and scale an engaged community of EV enthusiasts and early adopters.
Establish structured after-sales communication frameworks aligned with customer lifecycle management.
Financial Performance & Lead Generation* deliver high-quality warm/hot leads through integrated marketing efforts.
Drive lead acquisition via performance marketing, digital channels, social media, ATL/BTL campaigns, and dealer activations.
Enable sales teams through targeted demand-generation campaigns that drive inquiries, test rides, and conversions.
Ensure marketing investments directly contribute to revenue growth and business objectives.
Operations, Analytics & Marketing Efficiency: deliver and achieve month-on-month growth in leads through scalable and repeatable marketing processes.
Track, analyze, and optimize key digital and performance metrics including CTR, CPC, engagement, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV.
Improve SEO performance, website traffic, digital experience, and app downloads (where applicable).
Drive PR, media relations, partnerships, and thought leadership to enhance brand credibility and visibility.Profit & Loss (P&L) Management* accountable for the end-to-end Marketing P&L, including demand generation, brand investments, digital spends, ATL/BTL budgets, and agency costs.
Drive revenue growth through marketing-led demand, ensuring alignment between lead generation, conversions, and sales realization.
Partner with Finance and Leadership teams to define annual operating plans (AOPs), forecasts, and variance analyses.
Lead budget governance, approvals, and compliance, ensuring optimal allocation across performance, brand, dealer, and after-sales initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
Drive innovation, experimentation, and adoption of new marketing technologies and platforms.Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing) to increase brand awareness and engagement within target demographics.
Brand Development: Establish a strong brand identity that resonates with the Indian consumer, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and affordability.
Cost Management: Utilize budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI on marketing efforts while maintaining quality.
